Coagulation water-based paint

When coating in water-based paint spraying systems colour mist spray arises (so called over-spray), this means that that part of the paint does not reach the work-piece in question.

This colour mist spray (over-spray) thus land into the circulation water of the installation and must therefore first be detackified, the reason for this action is that you must avoid disturbances and adhesions in the piping system, in the pumps or in the wash-out.

In order to certify that this is safely done, suitable coagulation products are fed into the circulation water, in order to establish a separation of the paint particles from the circulation water.
