Lacquer coagulation solvent based paint

The lacquer coagulation can be made in two forms depending of the type of the actual spraying system, etither in sedimenting form or floating form.

At sedimenting applications the formed lacquer coagulate sinks in the spraying installation and then removed from the installation by either bottom scraper or, when changing water, manually.

At floating installations the formed lacquer coagulate floats up in the installation and is removed continuously from the circulation water by a corresponding out-feed system (for example RHOBAFLOAT 3000), centrifuges or decanters.
