Zinc dipping galvanization

Zinc dipping galvanization is coating of steel parts with a compact solid zinc coat, by the dipping of the metal cleaned bare steel parts in a fluid molten zinc with a temperature of about 450° C.

As the zinc coat unites itself anf thus forms a safe alloy with the steel surface and is thus inextricably united and one united new product is thus created, the surfaces before the process must be absolutely clean and metallically pure.

In order to correspond to these demands, rhoba-chemie can supply the user with pickling degreasing concentrate with corrosion protection.
